The Champions for Life Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to empowering children ages 4 to 12 years to help develop their physical literacy.
We strongly believe that treating physical literacy with the same importance as literacy and numeracy will help reverse the alarming physical inactivity trends among children in Canada.
We help children in the early years of development acquire the basic fundamental movement skills to have the tools to play and be active throughout their lives.
Moreover, we see the positive impact that our programs have made in vulnerable and under-resourced communities where children contend with difficult circumstances with minimal access to health education and physical activity.
Champions set goals and conquer challenges throughout their lives. They believe in humanity's goodness and use their strengths to lift others as they strive to live a purposeful life.
