Champions for Life Foundation is incredibly proud to announce that the Veritas Foundation has granted us a 5-star rating, ranking us in the top 10% of all charities in Canada. This unprecedented ranking, granted in June of 2024, reflects our commitment to excellence in program delivery focused on physical literacy and the fight against childhood inactivity.
What This Means to Our Supporters
The Veritas Foundation is an independent third-party evaluator of nationwide charities regarding strategy, finances, governance, and impact. After careful analysis, Veritas determined that for every dollar invested in Champions for Life, we deliver a remarkable $3.43 in value. This is well above the national average of between $2.00 and $2.25, which suggests that your donation is being maximized to create value.
This 5-star rating reflects the hard work and dedication of our team, volunteers, and supporters. It reflects our ongoing effort toward complete transparency and accountability to ensure every dollar is spent thoughtfully and purposefully.

We are publicly profiled in their annual Charity Ratings Services report, which includes rankings and awards. Veritas will update our performance quarterly and conduct a full annual review to capture changes and improvements.
