If so, the Champions for Life Foundation is seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Operations Coordinator to join our team.


Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting and coordinating the implementation of the Foundation’s programs within schools, helping ensure successful delivery and positive experiences for educators and students.


The Champions for Life Foundation is a charitable organization dedicated to helping children aged 4 to 12 develop their physical literacy. Through turnkey programs and practical resources, we empower elementary aged children and educators to embrace movement and physical activity every day.

Role of the Operations Coordinator

  • Hire, train, supervise and support Program Leaders including onboarding, training, on-site support, and follow-ups.
  • Support schools in the implementation of programs and ensure they run smoothly.
  • Provide ongoing program support to teachers and school staff.
  • Ensure the completion of key activities while meeting deliverables and timelines.
  • Support in tracking, analyzing, and summarizing survey results to measure program impact.
  • Share your enthusiasm and expertise with schools, fostering the development of physical literacy in children.
  • Coordinate the school engagement process from program adoption through successful delivery.


We are looking for someone who:

  • Holds a degree in kinesiology, physical education, education or a related field.
  • Has experience in community project management, ideally within a school, camp, or physical activity setting.
  • Is collaborative and communicates effectively with team members, educators, partners, and volunteers.
  • Is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously while managing multiple programs, schedules, and logistics.
  • Is comfortable delivering training sessions and working directly with educators.
  • Has strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
  • Has access to a vehicle and is available to travel to schools and regions as required.
  • Is proficient with digital tools such as Google Workspace,etc.
